I actually like this face wash. It doesn’t dry my skin out and leaves it feeling clean as it should. The fragrance is nice. It doesn’t trigger a headache.

The smell is so wonderful without being too powerful or lingering. It cleans so well and I've had zero reactions to it. It's my favorite morning face wash and lasts SO long!

I love the creamy, smooth texture of the green tea foam. It smells lovely, and has been effective at removing makeup for me (I don't use any waterproof items). My skin has seemed clearer lately, as well, though not sure that is solely because of this cleanser. I feel comfortable with my tweens using this, too.

I love a foaming face wash and this one doesn’t disappoint! Slight stinging sensation on my sensitive skin from the peppermint oil, but feels super clean afterward. Doesn’t cause me to be overly dry.

Natural and organic ingredients the way it should be I recommend i really like the vanilla smell leaves my face smooth i use this product and the organic lip balms since 2019 and its the only face wash i will ever consider no chemicals i recommend to all :)

This foam is gentle yet effective. Clears my makeup, but doesn’t strip my skin. I have sensitive skin that breaks out to new products and that wasn’t the case with this! Highly recommend.

Love this product. I was looking for a chemical free facial cleanser and found this. It has a nice thick foam with a nice sent that cleans well and still leaves my skin soft and not dried out.

This is a great cleanser for sensitive skin that doesn't feel harsh or cause irritation. The smell was light without feeling overwhelming. Your skin feels clean without feeling dry.

I have gone through so many face washes to find one that actually leaves my face feeling clean. This stuff is it. It's amazing and will be using it for the rest of my life. Plus it even smells great.Note: It does have a strong tea tree smell so if you don't like the smell of tea tree you probably won't like it.

It thankfully didn't cause any breakouts and it didn't make my skin oily!

I have used this about 4 yrs I tried a few brands but kept coming back to this in the green tea - I found the others did not work as well you only need one pump and it leaves you skin very clean but not stripped
I use it after my zero cream cleansing oil.

The first time I bought this I thought it was okay, and I thought the smell was amazing. My second time buying this I didnt know I needed it so much for my skin to look better. Green tea should be essential for your face wash regimen. Face wash isn't supposed to be moisturizing but this doesnt take off all the moisture on my face so that's a plus. Struggled with hormonal acne, pigmentation and redness so I'm loving this and its one of my top 3 face washes. Even half a pump is more than enough and it's worth the money.

So I have very sensitive skin, even more around my eyes. I have been using this product for 6 months and use it at night when I take a bath. Been getting great compliments on my skin, the texture is wonderful and its so easy to use. I still have the same container so a lil goes a long away. Thumbs up and I am NOT a passionate skin care person, I just needed something that works and I love it.

Overall I like this product. It smells good and the foam is nice. My only critique is that it seems to strip my face to the point that it literally squeaks when I'm rinsing the soap off. Doesn't seem to affect anything negatively other than needing moisturizer afterwards asap, meaning it doesn't leave my skin dry and flaky but I do get that "tight" feeling after washing.

I used to use a popular &very expensive cleanser & still noticed my face was breaking out, badly. Fyi, I suffer from adult acne and its those cystic pimples(ouch!) I also recently started breaking out on my neck.. I wanted something cheaper but effective & decided to try this. I THANK GOD, so far my breakouts are almost gone only after less than a week of consistent day & night use. Also noticed smaller pores, less oily face during the day & I have a different glow to my skin. I recommend pairing this product with a face lotion & an exfoliator 2-3x a week since its a foam cleanser, there are no beeds to take off the dead skin. Which can cause your skin to look dull.

So, like most people here, I saw a lot of good but also bad reviews and was hesitant to buy because I was scared it might turn out to be just as bad as some people put it, and I wasn't really wanting to throw my money away, but then again, I was running out of cleanser so I decided to give it a try.Before I review the product, I must say my skin is normal type, if I use make-up, maybe oily and I don't really suffer from acne unless I'm running a temperature or I'm on my period. So the reason I bought this product was because I started breaking out a little bit because of eating habits and hot weather oils.MY FIRST RESULT: The product although does CLEAN your face, it isn't really effective with acne, at least not with my skin, it made me breakout and the first few tries it really burned. My initial plan was to use this product after a long day of work since the foam and ingredients seemed pretty comforting, but no, it really just didn't feel good at all.[EDIT 04-29-2020]I'm probably changing my whole review here, but after a few months/weeks of daily use, the product gets USED to your skin and starts working, after cleaning off make-up or excess oils with make-up removers, THEN washing your face with this, I've noticed very good results, it leaves my face clean and smooth and with no break-outs!! I still have my cream cleanser but honestly I'm so satisfied with this foam one that I haven't even touched my other one since. I guess you just need to let it get used to your skin! Took about one month or two (would've been quicker if I used it daily.)SCENT: It really isn't *bad*, it just smells like citrus, and raw sunflower seeds. It's not a pleasant smell (which is good, I don't trust scented stuff for my face), and it doesn't bother me at least, it just smells like the actual ingredients.OVERALL: This foam needs some time and daily use (after proper oil/make-up removal of course) to set to your type of skin and do it's thing! Yet like I said before, though it does clean your skin, it doesn't help with acne that you already have, it works to prevent it tho! And it will probably sting the first uses. But if you want to get rid of extra oil and dirt, it's pretty good, just make sure to moisturize right after!~

It’s alright. I don’t particularly like the scent which is musty and somewhat unpleasant but not completely intolerable. I do like the very slight tingle left behind but I do not like the texture of my skin after rinsing. Leaves behind a weird residue that makes the skin feel over washed and dry. Does not feel clean at all. I do not recommend.11/03/2019 Edit: After having used this anyway (I bought it, why not) it's not as bad as I originally thought. Will I buy it again? Sure, at a lower price. As I said before, I do like the slight tingle left behind; it's a nice fresh feeling. As for texture after-feel, I'm getting used to it. It's possible the far more expensive cleansers I usually use have a more luxurious feeling whereas this one does not. That said, it's actually not terrible once you get used to it. Now that I've used it for a couple of weeks I still find the scent odd but it hasn't broken me out or caused any ill effect to my skin. I've changed my mind and now I recommend - provided were less expensive. The price has gone up from when I purchased it and I would not repurchase even at the original price.

I originally bought this because I couldn't use my neutrogena salicylic acid face wash after getting pregnant and the benzoyl peroxide ones just irritated my skin and made my acne worse. This face wash has been heaven in a bottle for me and the smooth soft texture of my skin after using reminds me a lot if my neutrogena. I see a lot of people complaining about the scent but I actually kind if enjoy it, even while being pregnant and sensitive to smells. It smells very fresh and earthy, and well, as you would expect: like tea tree oil. The peppermint leaves a nice cooling sensation on the skin for a few minutes after washing and it has done a great job improving my acne and blemishes.

One of the best products from Herbalist Careology! This makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. It cleanses well and doesn’t irritate my skin. I have super sensitive skin so this product works perfect for me! It Comes out already foamed and the scent is light! I’m on my third bottle and as you can see... I’m almost out and have already ordered a new one. This is one of my “must haves”! Highly recommend!
