Djanaphine Lavoir, an Haitian American entrepreneur and author, best known as the brain behind Herbalist Careology. She majored in business administration while pursued in pre-medicine courses. 

Djanaphine was nurtured by loving parents and grew up in unity. She fondly recalls stories of her grandfather, who ran a pure salt business in Grande Saline, Haiti. This legacy instilled in her family a profound understanding of natural sourced goods. She quickly learned that finding true, unadulterated salt and goods grown in organic soil isn’t so common in the States, and how anything less could compromise your health. As a child, she wondered why her family imported those naturally crystallized, untampered goods, year after year. It wasn't until her father shared the family history that brough to her understanding. With that insight, entrepreneur mindset was rooted in her all along.

Djanaphine is a fervent admirer of her culture’s cuisine, loving the rich, vibrant flavor in her traditional dish. Her true passion is helping others. She is deeply connection to her roots and culture, which drives her to continuously study traditional herbs and explore their potent healing properties.
